**Kannur:** Koothuparamba MLA and RJD Kerala state general secretary P.K. Praveen joined the celebrations at a pre-wedding function for his daughter with energetic dance moves. Visuals of the MLA dancing alongside his daughter Anagha, relatives and friends have been attracting considerable attention on social media.

Anagha, daughter of P.K. Praveen and Geethanjali, married Arun Kumar, son of M. Shabareedasan of Kollankode Tharavanthedath and T.B. Sudha, at Guruvayur recently. The wedding celebrations included a gathering of family members and close friends ahead of the marriage, where Praveen joined the dance and added to the festive atmosphere.

The MLA was seen dancing enthusiastically with his daughter Anagha and close family members. The video has now emerged as one of the interesting highlights of the wedding celebrations, with the visuals being widely shared on social media.

What made the performance particularly notable was that P.K. Praveen appeared to imitate dance moves associated with popular Malayalam actor Sreenivasan, who is known for his memorable performances in several film songs and scenes.

Despite his busy political schedule and official responsibilities, Praveen appeared to fully embrace the celebrations in his role as a father. Family members and friends responded to his dance with loud applause and cheers. The performance was staged to the popular song ‘Etha Thamburan Vannalum...!’ from the Priyadarshan-Mammootty film Megham, adding further energy to the celebration.

The wedding ceremony held in Guruvayur was attended by several prominent figures from the political, social and cultural spheres. Among those present were Shafi Parambil MP, MLAs T.K. Govindan, V.T. Balram and V. Muraleedharan, Guruvayur Devaswom chairman A.V. Gopinath, and RJD Kerala state president and Mathrubhumi managing director M.V. Shreyams Kumar.

Several leaders from different political parties, including C.K. Padmanabhan, P.K. Krishnadas, E. Maneesh, P. Harindran, P.P.A. Salam, P.K. Shouhul Hameed, V. Surendran, Sabah Pulpatta, V.K. Girijan and M.K. Bhaskaran, also attended the wedding celebrations. Opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan had earlier visited the family residence and conveyed his best wishes to the newlyweds.
