The prosecution told the court that the teacher and the student initially became acquainted through Snapchat and later became closer.

The prosecution presented the student's account that the two first kissed inside a car. According to the student's testimony, he later went to the teacher's home, where they allegedly had a sexual relationship. The student reportedly told the court that sexual activity allegedly occurred on four occasions.
