**Thiruvananthapuram:** CPI leader Vrinda Karat will release a biography of former Kerala Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan on September 10. The biography, titled ‘Red Soil Iron Will, The Journey of V.S.’, has been written in English by K.V. Sudhakaran and will be published by Chintha Publishers.

The release ceremony will be held at 11.30 am on Thursday, September 10, at the A.K.G. Hall in Thiruvananthapuram. The book will be formally launched during a memorial meeting held in remembrance of Sitaram Yechury.

The biography focuses on the journey of V.S. Achuthanandan and has been written in English by K.V. Sudhakaran. Chintha Publishers is publishing the book, which is scheduled to be released as part of the Sitaram Yechury memorial programme.
