> Mukundan said he finds the CPI’s “body language” highly acceptable and described a sense of purity in it. He expressed hope that the party would not lose that quality.“The CPI has ideological purity. Especially their positions in recent times, including their position on PM Shri. Then, mainly, their language and body language, you know, all that is very acceptable to me. There is a purity in them. My prayer is that they do not lose it,” M. Mukundan said.

He also recalled that the CPM had the same quality in the past. According to Mukundan, the party gradually lost some of that purity after it became larger.
