> Actor Janardhanan recently met Lissy and the family of late actor Cochin Haneefa, marking an emotional reunion after several years. Photographs and visuals from the meeting were shared with fans by Firoz, Cochin Haneefa’s brother-in-law. According to Firoz, Cochin Haneefa’s wife Fazila was introduced to Janardhanan with the words, “She is Ashan’s own Eldo’s wife,” prompting laughter and warmly reviving memories of their earlier connection.

Janardhanan’s house is located close to Cochin Haneefa’s home, and Haneefa’s family visited him along with Lissy. When Janardhanan saw Fazila, he reportedly did not immediately recognise her. It was then that she was introduced using the reference to Eldo, a connection that brought a smile and laughter from Janardhanan.

Firoz shared the heartwarming moments from the meeting with fans. He said that Lissy’s eyes became tearful when the group was leaving after the visit. According to Firoz, Janardhanan was also deeply emotional during the reunion.

Describing the emotions of the moment, Firoz said it was not merely tears, but an expression of years of love, care and a deep bond between them. His comments highlighted the emotional significance of the meeting and the long-standing relationships shared by the members of the Malayalam film fraternity.

Cochin Haneefa’s family had moved into a new house only last month. After waiting for 16 years, his wife and children built a new home in Vennala, Kochi, using the savings left by Cochin Haneefa. The new home marked an important milestone for the family after years of waiting.
