Gill’s hundred and Kohli’s half-century have given India significant momentum as they pursue the target.

Openers Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma gave India a solid start with a 74-run partnership. Rohit was the first Indian wicket to fall after scoring 32 runs. His innings included two fours and three sixes.Virat Kohli then joined Gill at the crease and helped accelerate the Indian innings. During his innings, Kohli reached the landmark of 15,000 runs in ODI cricket. He achieved the milestone in his 315th ODI. Kohli is the second Indian cricketer after Sachin Tendulkar to cross 15,000 runs in the format.
